Attitude and Approach – How we work

We touch people, inspire and encourage them to exercise a concrete influence on complex systems, and develop culture with a clear purpose in mind. Our expertise in group dynamic settings is a key success factor. We take both the psychodynamic and the sociodynamic perspective into account in all our projects. This shapes our work, which always focuses on people and their relationships.

Our work rests on active participation. Open dialogue and cooperation across operational, hierarchical, and other boundaries play a central role for us. We know how to guide through this process with confidence, especially when the exchange is imbued with criticism and conflict. Before embarking on a shared path, we focus on spelling out possible differences. In addition to objective perspectives, particular interests and positions, this includes the people themselves – their emotions, individuality, and diversity. In this way, we promote personal commitment and make a contribution to foster new developments and shape sustainable development and change.

We consider ourselves catalysts. We get people moving, both mentally and physically. We ask questions and provide feedback, which may also be skeptical or unsolicited. Sometimes, we irritate and provoke. We create spaces for exploration and we use and create emotions. By combining this with continuous reflection, we accomplish a swift application to the individual situations and everyday working lives of the people we support. Ultimately, they are the ones who make the difference.
