Leadership provides orientation, fosters motivation and commitment, and supports the development of the organization.
Leadership is an integral part of the organizational culture, which evolves from human interactions. In our leadership programs, we therefore consistently focus on people and the social system – and how they are dealing with each other.
At its core, leadership is always about the purposeful shaping of social relationships. Being part of a group, experiencing group dynamics, and reflecting on them together is therefore a central element in each of our leadership programs. In this way, we create space for both individual development as a leader and development as a leadership group. Our leadership programs, conducted in-house, are therefore valuable interventions for driving organizational development.
Depending on the situation and objectives, our leadership programs range from »Fundamentals of Good and Effective Leadership« to »Leadership in Complex Change Processes.« We work closely with you, our client, in a co-creative approach to design a specific program. This allows us to tailor the leadership program to your specific context and the needs of your leaders in the best possible way.

Our understanding of leadership
- In a systemic sense, good and effective leadership can only be determined by the interaction between leaders, followers, the situation, and the context.
- In our view, there is no ultimate leadership model. In line with our general attitude, we favor a systemic and transformational leadership approach.
- Topics and behavioral aspects that we consider fundamentally relevant to good and effective leadership are part of our SYNNECTA Competency Model for Leadership.
