Leading Agile Change
Our qualification is aimed at all people in companies who want to strengthen their transformation power in order to become a lever of change themselves – be it in organizational development, as an HR professional, interim manager, decision-maker or executive. In four compact modules you will experience a highly condensed »best-of« of pragmatic approaches and tools that will enable you to become immediately effective in your company as a change leader.
Conversation techniques in the context of discrimination
Diversity and inclusion can be removed from the vocabulary, but that does not mean they disappear. Dealing with diversity and changing requirements for relationship building pose a new challenge for managers. A training programme developed by us in collaboration with experts supports managers in remaining professionally capable of acting in emotionally charged situations characterised by experiences of discrimination and hierarchy.

Als Agile Culture Coach hilfst Du Menschen, Team und ganzen Organisationen, das volle Potenzial von Agilität auszuschöpfen. Und wir befähigen Dich dazu. Unsere Ausbildung ist in vier Module gegliedert und läuft über einen Zeitraum von ca. 5 Monaten. Die Module dauern jeweils 2,5 Tage. Die Ausbildung schließt mit einem Zertifikat von SYNNECTA New Learning ab.
