Today we are especially pleased to invite you to participate in a

SYNNECTA Werkhaus Special Edition – Mindset

taking place on May 17, 2019 in Cologne.

Mindset is a bit like the Loch Ness monster: Everybody knows about it and nobody has ever seen it. Descriptions of particular mindsets and appeals to resort to them abound in these disruptive times. We hear a lot about the growth mindset, the agile mindset, even the perfect mindset and the winners’ code. How these are to be achieved, however, is often shrouded in mystery. We will shed some light on this very issue in our Werkhaus Special Edition on the topic of Mindset. What is it exactly? How can I become aware of my own mindset, can I change it, and if so, how? And why? We will address all of that in an intensive and varied program from 10am to 5pm.

We will end the day with a party to celebrate twenty years of SYNNECTA as well as company founder Rüdiger Müngersdorff‘s milestone birthday. You are cordially invited to come along and bring your companion.

Private participants: 150,- €
People with smaller incomes pay as much as they can.
