SYNNECTA Workshop 2025 – Coaching between individual growth and organizational development
An intensive meeting on November 7, 2025, at the Design Offices in Stuttgart. Around sixty participants came together to discuss the movements and changes in the coaching landscape and to explore the conditions under which coaching can be an effective organizational development process.

With Werkhaus 2025, we have also launched an empirical study to understand what tensions and contradictions are currently being perceived in companies. We are particularly interested in how employees in companies cope with the cognitive dissonance that arises here and what this means for competitiveness and the high performance that is so eagerly sought after at present.

Conversation techniques in the context of discrimination
Diversity and inclusion can be removed from the vocabulary, but that does not mean they disappear. Dealing with diversity and changing requirements for relationship building pose a new challenge for managers. A training program developed by us in collaboration with experts supports managers in remaining professionally capable of acting in emotionally charged situations marked by experiences of discrimination and hierarchy.
